Dear angler,
Anglers across the United States were disappointed
on Monday
when the Senate failed to move the Sportsmen’s Act of 2012 (S. 3525) based
on a
budget procedural question.
Don’t let this happen again – take action now!
This historic bill contains 17 key provisions for
anglers,
hunters, and fish and wildlife conservation
and the Congressional Budget
Office has stated that overall, S. 3525 would reduce the nation’s deficit
by $5 million.
Many thought this was the end but there is new hope that the
Sportsmen’s Act of 2012 will be brought to the floor for vote AGAIN!
Now, more than ever before, we need you to
contact your
Senator and urge them to vote
‘YES’ on S. 3525.
If you – and anglers across the US - don’t take
action now
this bill may not make it to vote.
We will not have an opportunity like
this again.
Take action now. Call or message your Senator.
A better
future for fishing hinges on this bill –
and your efforts to get it to a
vote.
