OCBS 2012-2013 CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
FALL LEG RESULTS 18 November 2012
Cool morning but the fishing heated up as the day went on, Many fish landed some small and many large. All on all a great day for a tournament!
Congratulations to Ken Harper for winning the Fall leg of the OCBS Championship Series Tournament. Ken registered two fish measuring 29. 75 and 28.50 inches in length.
John Rhoades placed second and Monte Casey took third place with two fish each totaling 56.75” and 56.00” respectively.
Most streams were fishable with good flow and clarity, not to mention the air temps being in the low fifties. It was a great day to be outdoors and fish Steelhead Alley. Fish were in the river systems but scattered. Successful anglers used the run and gun approach and did not spend too much time in one area.
